On the occasion of the invitation to participate in a group exhibition at the Ethnographic Museum of Barcelona and to dialogue with the space, an installation is proposed that emphasizes the oral tradition as a support of history for certain cultures. For this purpose, the installation uses voice recordings that a missionary recorded in 1920 of some of the last Selk'nam and Yagán inhabitants of Patagonia. These human groups were persecuted and reduced to missions to take care of their last individuals, being a part of the history of Chile and Argentina that is currently recognized as a genocide. In the installation, the voice is amplified by means of a surface transducer bound to a pencil that draws according to the vibration of the sound in real time.
